Chronic Disorganization Signs
Do you have a "chronic disorganizing" condition?
I love helping people get organized and simplifying their lives but I have learned that some just can't seem to maintain organization no matter how many times I show up. Disorganization significantly impacts their lives on a daily basis, affecting the quality of life. This is called "chronic disorganization" and getting specialized intervention along with my help may be the answer.
Here are signs that you may need professional intervention:
1. Chronic difficulty with poor attention and concentration. 2. Excessive mental and/or physical restlessness or impulsivity. 3. Chronic difficulty organizing your things, tasks, and activities. 4. Chronic and excessive procrastination. 5. Challenges with planning, prioritizing and getting work started. 6. Inability to complete projects. 7. Excessive forgetfulness in daily activities. 8. Difficulty following through and completing tasks in a timely manner. 9. Easily frustrated and excessively impatient. 10. Persistent feelings of being overwhelmed and underachieving in life.
Chronic disorganization may be present with brain-based challenges such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Hoarding Disorder, PTSD, TBI, and more. The brain has a lot to do with a client's ability to be organized and to maintain organizational and productivity systems.
